Jac Rijk has developed into a global specialist in earthmoving in over 85 years.
Our activities consist of (large-scale) earthmoving for hydraulic engineering works, mining, infrastructure and nature construction.
In addition to the head office in Vlissingen, we have permanent offices in Belgium, Germany, DRC, Saudi Arabia and Tanzania.
The Belgian branch RAB has been in existence for 45 years and is active in the same areas as Jac Rijk.
Our subsidiary ZTZ Logistics is also located in our facility in the port of Vlissingen.
ZTZ was founded 40 years ago and, as the name suggests, specialises in the transport of heavy equipment, also for third parties.
Jac Rijk was at the cradle of the modern, large-scale earthmoving industry.
The company grew along with the development of this industry, where projects became larger and operations more complex and demanding in terms of efficiency, infrastructure, safety and sustainability.
Continuous investments in the latest technologies and equipment as well as in the knowledge of the employees, have brought the company to the point where we can confidently say that there is no natural, geological or technical challenge that we cannot handle.
In three generations, Jac Rijk has grown into an international player with numerous leading projects to our name in the field of mining, hydraulic engineering and infrastructure works.
Initially, the working area was the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Today we are active in Africa, South America, the Middle East and Europe.
From Zeeland to South America: Jac Rijk has been pushing boundaries in earthmoving for three generations, with a passion for technology, nature and international impact.
